Above: Scenes from our annual Art of Food on September 24. Judges for the event were Chef Charlie Gipe, Executive Chef at the Hershey Giant Centre; Sue Gleiter, food writer for The Patriot News; and Jim Lupia, Culinary Arts Instructor. Highmark Blue Shield was the Art of Food corporate sponsor. Wines were courtesy of PA Wineries Association; beer was provided by Troeg's; cheeses were provided by Cabot's of Vermont. Winners for the event were the following chefs: Entree Category: Bill Justus of Hershey Lodge - 1st prize; Jason Viscount of the Hilton, 2nd. Garde Manger: Tim Harris, HACC Culinary Arts Department, 1st; Bill Justus, 2nd. Dessert: Cher Conley, HACC Culinary Dept., 1st; Cassandra Burke, Hilton - 2nd. People's Choice: Autumn Miles and Diane Way of Creative Quisine for their Garde Manger. Best of Show: Tim Harris for his Garde Manger.
