The AAH Staff 



After 8 years as our Saturday Gallery Assistant, Mark Bradshaw retired on February 3. Taking his place are Nate Foster and Kate Muncy (left).  They will be “job-sharing,” working on alternate Saturdays, in order not to tie them down every weekend but making sure the gallery is staffed.

Nate Foster, who recently moved to the area from Raleigh, North Carolina, is an artist with a design degree who will also be teaching a new class for AAH in Illustration this summer in addition to his Saturday work..

Kate Muncy, who holds Bachelor Degrees in public relations and journalism from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, works during the week as a sales representative for Keystone Sports Network.

Advertising for a new Gallery Assistant brought in many enthusiastic applicants, two of whom will potentially become AAH instructors. We were very fortunate to have found Nate and Kate!


Carrie Wissler-Thomas, President

Carrie holds her BA in Fine Art from Hood College and her Master's Degree from Temple University.  Prior to employment as President of the Art Association in 1986, she was a freelance artist, instructor, and art writer.  She has held many solo exhibitions of her own oil paintings, and has participated in numerous group and invitational shows.  View her work at www.wisslerthomas.com.


Rachel O'Connor, Curator

Rachel O’Connor’s love of art began around the age of five, when she would rearrange her 100 box set of Crayola crayons on a weekly basis.  Her passions were fostered through Cumberland Valley High School’s art classes, where she found her own artistic voice, creating mixed media pieces revolving around impoverished inner city communities.  Since then, she obtained an Associates Degree in Fine Arts at HACC , a BA in Art History at Messiah and is currently a Master’s candidate at Savannah College of Art and Design.


Tammy Parson, Office Administrator

Serving as our receptionist, book-keeper, and person in charge of our member and student database, Tammy Parson is the newest member of the AAH family.  Before joining us in December 2016, Tammy managed her own business for 20 years and accumulated a wealth of organizational experience for her new  position.  Among her many and varied interests, Tammy enjoys antique collecting, decorating, hiking and exploring, and spending time with her four grandchildren and beloved Shelties.


Bryan Molloy, Gallery Assistant

Bryan Molloy was born in Boston, Massachusetts in 1974.  He's been drawing and painting since childhood, working in a representational style with a Bostonian Impressionistic influence.  In 1999, Bryan graduated from the Massachusetts College of Art with a BFA in illustration.


Randy Miller III, Webmaster / Gallery Assistant

Randy Miller attended Harrisburg Arts Magnet School from 1993-1997. He earned a degree in Graphic Design in 2000 and taught Cartooning classes at AAH from 1999-2010.  Randy assumed control of this website in 2003 and serves as Gallery Assistant on Sundays, so stop by and say hi!  (Or if you can't make it in, please send any comments or suggestions about the website via e-mail.)
