“I thoroughly enjoy watercolor painting. Over the years, I have been trying to find the commonality or link between all of my wildlife watercolor paintings. It seems to be roadside elegance. This is a very short way of saying, I am fascinated by the delicate nuances of lines, shapes, colors, textures and patterns found in nature, even the way a leaf bends and catches the light. The soft texture of fur, and the complexity of feather patterns can keep you captivated. The more you look at plants and animals closely, the more you discover, and you are fascinated and intrigued to continue.”
