HOW IT WORKS

  1. Select fifteen (15) works from your body of work to include in the exhibition.
  2. Photograph or scan each work to create a digital record and save files as JPGs. Limit each image to 5 MB or less and use a consistent filename for each work, such as “LastName_Title.jpg.”
  3. Create a Word document with the following:
➤ Write a 100–150-word bio in two paragraphs, with 2-3 sentences per paragraph. Highlight your artistic process and background for the audience.
➤ Write an object label for each work, listing the artist’s name, title, year completed, medium, dimensions, and sale price.
  4. Using WeTransfer or your preferred file-sharing platform, upload images and texts, then send directly to Scott Clowney at scottc@artassocofhbg.com, or copy the upload link and share it in an email. Do NOT attach multiple files to the email.
  5. AAH will review entries, evaluate their placement, and list them on the community exhibition calendar, starting with exhibitions near the beginning of the year.
  6. AAH will then consult with the community partner to review and approve the works before installation.
  7. After placement and approval, AAH will connect the artist with the community partner to schedule a day and time for installation and deinstallation.
